Paste the product page address into "Start from your link". The tool reads the page's public product details (name, price and photos) and fills the Product promo template. Some sites block automatic visits; if yours does, type the details and add up to 3 photos yourself.
WooCommerce's own product gallery is built for images, so a video added there won't play on the product page. The simplest way is the product description: click Add Media, upload the MP4 to your Media Library and insert it, and WordPress shows it with its built-in video player. If your site uses the block editor for products, use the Video block instead.
Not with WooCommerce on its own. Product video gallery plugins add that, and some free versions only take YouTube links, so check whether a plugin plays your own MP4 file before you install it.
