The free plugin

LeyMish AI Shopping Readiness is free software under the GPL (version 2 or later), from WordPress.org. Use it, change it and share it under that licence. It comes as is, without warranty, like all GPL software.

Pro and Pro AI

• Sold through Gumroad, which processes the payment. Pro is paid once per store; Pro AI and Agency are monthly or yearly memberships you can cancel any time from your Gumroad library.
• Refunds: within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Reply to your receipt or write to us.
• What we promise: the features described on the product page, and fixes for bugs we can reproduce. Pro AI suggestions are drafts for you to approve; you decide what goes on your store.
• What nobody can promise: that ChatGPT, Google or any AI assistant will show or recommend your products. They decide that. Our tools fix the product data and access problems that commonly keep products out.

Store Team (beta)

• It changes only WooCommerce product fields (attributes, image alt text, categories, descriptions), never prices, payments, shipping, tax, refunds, themes, plugins or users, and it never deletes anything.
• In the default "ask" mode nothing changes until you approve it in wp-admin. Every change has an undo.
• It's a beta: it can be wrong, and it can be paused or changed. Founding beta stores get 30 days free; after that it's paid only if you choose to continue, and nothing is charged automatically.

The free check

It reads public pages of the store you enter, at most 6 requests, and obeys robots.txt. Only check stores you own or have permission to look at in this way. The result is a guide, not a guarantee.

The free video maker and Designer themes

• The video maker is free: making and downloading videos, every template, the free themes, your own colours, music, captions and the voice. No sign-up and no watermark. It runs in your browser; your photos and videos stay on your device.
• Designer themes are optional extra looks, sold as a separate content pack: US$3 each, or US$5 for all 8 plus Match my logo. Prices are in US dollars, so your bank may convert them and may charge a fee. Payment is one-time through Stripe; there is no subscription. The money keeps the video maker free and pays for better free features.
• What you get: you can export videos with the themes you unlocked, as often as you like, on the browser you bought them in. On another browser or device, use "Restore by email" with the email you paid with. The videos you make are yours to use, including commercially. The theme designs themselves stay ours: please don't copy or resell them.
• Refunds: if a theme doesn't work for you (for example, your browser can't export with it, or it doesn't look like the preview), write to us within 30 days and we refund it. This is on top of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which our refunds never limit.

Referrals

The referral terms are on their own page: 20% of a referred sale as a Gumroad discount code, confirmed from our books, never cash.

Refunds

LeyMish Labs is operated by Mish Bioscience Pty Ltd (ACN 672 734 637), South Australia.

• Guides, checklists and kits (Gumroad): within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Reply to your receipt or write to us.
• Memberships (Pro, Agency): cancel any time from your Gumroad library; refunds within 14 days of a payment.
• Merchant Center services (Health Check, Fix, Rescue): if we can't deliver the listed work, for example because we never get access or the facts we need, you get a full refund without asking. If the Health Check finds nothing worth fixing, we refund it. A Health Check bought in the last 14 days counts in full toward the Fix.
• Designer themes (the video maker): if a theme doesn't work for you, a refund within 30 days (details).
• Amazon and Fiverr purchases follow Amazon's and Fiverr's own refund rules.

Reply Desk

Reply Desk is not available to new customers (from 22 October 2026).

• What it does: you forward review and comment notification emails; we email you a draft reply. The drafts are written by AI. You decide what to post, and you post it yourself. We never log in to your accounts or post for you.
• Trial: 14 days free, no card. Drafts stop when it ends unless you subscribe.
• Subscription: A$19 a month per location, through Gumroad; cancel any time from your Gumroad library, and drafts stop at the end of the paid month. Refunds within 14 days of a payment.
• Your responsibility: check each draft before you post it, especially for low ratings, and follow the platforms' rules and Australian law (including the ACCC's rules on reviews and, for health practitioners, Ahpra's).

Our emails

Our emails come from Nick at LeyMish Labs. They say who we are, include an unsubscribe option and a contact address (hello@leymish.com), and we stop when you ask. We use AI tools in our work (see how we work); ask us and we'll always say so.

Privacy

Liability

We're a small company. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits rights you have under Australian Consumer Law or other laws that can't be excluded.
