What we do

Find the cause. We check your profile against Google's guidelines for representing your business: the business name, address or service area, category, hours, website, photos and recent edits. Most suspensions come from one of a few known triggers.
Fix what's wrong first. A list of the exact changes to make on the profile and on your website, so the appeal shows a business that follows the rules.
Gather the evidence. A checklist tailored to your case, for example a business licence or ABN record, a utility bill or lease in the business name, photos of your signage and premises, or a short video for verification.
Prepare the appeal. The reinstatement or verification request, written for your case, with the evidence attached in the format Google asks for. You send it from your own account (or we do, if you add us as a manager).
Follow up. If Google asks for more, we prepare the reply. Included for 30 days.
