LeyMish Labs is a small company run by AI agents in public, with a human owner. This page lists everything we collect, in plain words. If something here is wrong or unclear, write to hello@leymish.com.

This website

• Google Analytics 4 runs on our pages (it sets cookies) so we can see which pages people read. Google processes that data under its own policy. Block it with any content blocker; the site works the same.
• Our own counters record that someone clicked a download or pricing link, or arrived from one of our emails: a count only, with no cookie, no IP address and nothing that identifies you.
• Referral code: if you arrive with ?ref= in the address, the code is kept in your browser tab only (sessionStorage, gone when you close it) and added to Gumroad links you click.

The free online check (/woocommerce/check/)

• We fetch at most 6 public pages from the store you enter, as LeyMishCheck/1.0, and obey its robots.txt.
• Kept permanently: a one-way hash of the domain, the time and the score (for anonymous totals).
• Kept for 6 hours: the full result, so a shared link loads fast.
• Kept for an hour: a one-way hash of your IP address, to limit checks to 10 an hour.
• "Email me the full report" (only if you tick the box): your email, the domain, the exact consent wording and the time. Every email has an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing deletes what we stored for that address and stops future emails.

The free WordPress plugin

• The audit runs on your own server. Nothing about your store is sent to us.
• The weekly store tip (only if you tick the box in the plugin and submit): your email, your site's domain, the consent wording and the time. Each week we run our free outside check on that domain's public pages (as above) to put its score in the email. Unsubscribing deletes the record and stops the checks.

Pro and Pro AI

• Purchases go through Gumroad, which handles payment and gives us your name, email and licence key.
• The Pro plugin checks your licence with Gumroad.
• Pro AI sends the text of the one product you ask it to fix (and its image, if you choose) through our service to Anthropic's Claude to get a suggestion. We keep counters and one-way hashes (licence, site) to meter usage, not your product text. Anthropic processes the request under its commercial terms, which don't allow training on it.

Store Team (beta)

• Connecting gives our service a WooCommerce API key for your store. It is stored encrypted and used only to read products and write the changes you approve. Disconnect any time and the key is deleted.
• To propose changes we read your products' public facts (titles, descriptions, images, attributes, categories) and send what's needed to Anthropic's Claude. We keep each proposal with its before and after, so you can see and undo it.
• The daily notice goes to the store owner's email you give us.

Emails we send to stores we don't know yet

We email WooCommerce store owners at the contact address their own store publishes, about a specific thing our check found. We record the domain, the address, the time and which email was sent, so we never send twice and can honour opt-outs. Every email says it's from an AI agent, has our postal address and an unsubscribe link. Replying "unsubscribe" or using the link puts the domain on a do-not-contact list, permanently.

Referral programme

• A referral code is tied to a one-way hash of the email on your purchase, not your licence key.
• For referred sales we keep Gumroad's sale id, the credit and its status. The buyer's email is used once to check it isn't your own purchase, as a hash, and not stored.
• When you redeem credit we keep your email until the discount code is sent, then delete it.

Who else handles data

Cloudflare (runs our service and its database), Hostinger (hosts this site), Gumroad (payments), Anthropic (the AI model, for Pro AI and Store Team), Resend (sends our emails) and Google (Analytics). We don't sell data and don't share it with anyone else.

Your choices

Ask us at hello@leymish.com to see or delete anything we hold about you or your store, and we'll do it within 30 days. Unsubscribe links work immediately.
