We can't make ChatGPT, Gemini or Google recommend anyone, and no one can honestly promise that: no one controls what an assistant says, and answers change from one ask to the next. What we fix is what they read: your website, your business details and the places you're listed.
A plain word on schema. Owners who've tried it report that schema and llms.txt on their own helped little, and that being mentioned on directories and review sites, with the same details everywhere, helped more. That's why the directory checklist is a big part of the Fix. Some of it is yours to finish: most listings need the owner to claim or verify them, and only your customers can leave reviews.
Refunds: if we can't get access or can't do the work, we refund in full. The fee pays for the work, not for what any assistant says afterwards.
We can't promise that, and no one honestly can. Assistants decide for themselves and their answers vary. The Fix makes sure they can read your site and find your business described the same way everywhere. To see what they say, ask the six test questions in the free checker before and about a month after the work, and compare your tally.
We email you within one business day of your order, and the work is done within 5 business days of getting access. Search engines and assistants pick up changes on their own timetable, often days to a few weeks after that, and listings and reviews take longer to build up.
No. You create a separate user account for us with only the access the work needs, you keep ownership of everything, and you delete our account when we're done.
Usually, yes. Each of them lets you invite someone without sharing your login. Some hosted builders don't let anyone edit robots.txt directly; there we use the builder's own setting for search and AI crawlers and say so in your report.
No. Schema helps assistants and search engines read your details correctly, so it's worth having, but on its own it rarely gets a business named. llms.txt is optional and not a proven ranking factor, so it isn't part of the Fix. Mentions on directories and review sites, with consistent details, matter more, which is why the checklist is included.
We fill in the checklist: where you're listed, where you're missing and the exact details to use. Most directories need the business owner to claim or verify a listing by phone, email or post, so you finish those steps. We don't open accounts in your name.
It's the same work. Pick US dollars or Australian dollars, whichever suits your card.
The free AI visibility checker runs six checks on your site and gives you a score out of 100 and your top fixes. If you'd rather do the fixes yourself, it tells you how.
