Questions

How does the Shopify product video maker get my product details?

Paste a Shopify product page address into "Start from your link". The tool reads that page's public product details (name, price and photos) and fills the Product promo template. Then you add three benefits and a call to action. Use pages you own or have permission to use.

What if my store link doesn't fill anything?

Some sites block automatic visits, so the link can't always be read. If that happens, type the product name and price and add up to 3 photos from your device. Everything else works the same.

How do I add the video to my Shopify product?

In your Shopify admin, go to Products and click the product. In the Media section, click Upload new and choose the MP4, or drag the file in, then save. Shopify accepts MP4 files up to 1 GB and 10 minutes long. Your theme needs to support video for it to show on the product page.

Which size should I make for Shopify?

Both work as product media. Make 9:16 if you also want to post it on Reels, Shorts or TikTok, or 16:9 for a wide player and YouTube. Each export is a 1080p MP4.

How long does it take to make a product video?

In our test on a 4-core laptop, a 19-second 1080x1920 product video exported in about 20 to 25 seconds. Your device may be faster or slower. If you add the AI voice, allow about 15 seconds per line in Chrome.

Are my product photos uploaded anywhere?

No. Your photos, logo, recording and the finished video stay on your device. The page draws and encodes the video in your browser.
