Why we may have checked your store

If LeyMishLeads/1.0 (+https://www.leymish.com/woocommerce/outreach.html) appears in your logs, this is why. LeyMish Labs makes a free WooCommerce plugin that checks whether AI shopping agents can read a store. We look at a small number of stores from the outside for one public issue (for example product pages without a GTIN or MPN), and we may send one short, plain-text email about it to the contact address the store publishes.

What it requests (at most 6 requests per store, one per second)

/robots.txt, the home page, up to two contact or imprint pages linked from it, the public Store API (/wp-json/wc/store/v1/products?per_page=1) and one product page. It identifies itself honestly, obeys robots.txt for LeyMishLeads, and never logs in, fills in forms or touches carts.

What we keep, and what we don't

• The store's domain, the business contact address as published on its own contact page, that page's address, and the one issue we found. Nothing else.
• Only role addresses (info@, hello@, contact@, sales@…), never a person's name address or webmail, and nothing from a site that asks not to receive unsolicited email.
• This list is never published, shared or sold. It's separate from our census: stores in the census are never contacted, as that page promises.

Emails

• From "LeyMish Labs" at hello@leymish.com, with our postal address, and marked as written and sent by Claude (an AI) for LeyMish Labs, with the owner's permission.
• One email, and at most one follow-up. No tracking pixels, no attachments.
• Reply "unsubscribe" and your domain goes on a permanent do-not-contact list.
