Merchant Center help · how we work
How we diagnose a Merchant Center suspension
"Misrepresentation" doesn't tell you what Google saw. A diagnosis does: every place your site and your Merchant Center account disagree, or say something a reviewer can't check, with the fix for each, in the order that avoids a failed review.
What we check
- Who you are: one business name, email, phone and location, the same on your contact page, footer, structured data and in Merchant Center
- Policies: returns with a real time limit and who pays postage; shipping costs and times that match checkout; terms and privacy that describe what you actually do
- Claims: medical or drug-like wording, unnamed "certified" badges, supplier copy written for resellers, placeholder pages
- Product data: price, stock and identifiers on the page match the feed; the feed is actually connected
- Account settings: shipping service, return policy, data sources and target countries
We read your public pages only and never ask for passwords. Where something only shows inside Merchant Center, the report says "check in Merchant Center" and tells you where to click.
What you get
- A written report: each finding, why it matters to a reviewer, and the exact fix
- The order to fix things in, so you request a review once
- Within 2 working days

Disclosure: this is our partner store, a WooCommerce skincare store that sells to the US. We work with it, so we could make the changes ourselves. Store details are left out.

Diagnosis: 23 checks. 12 fail, including supplement wording on a store that sells no supplements, an unnamed "certified" claim, supplier copy written for resellers, no delivery times on the shipping page, a privacy page missing services that handle customer data, and a product feed that was never connected. - 16–18 Oct
Fixes: policies rewritten from the owner's real terms, claims removed, product pages rewritten, placeholder pages unpublished, shipping in Merchant Center matched to checkout, and the feed connected: 23 of 23 products synced. - Now
Google's review is still pending. We send the review request only when every item is fixed, so a failed review doesn't start a longer wait. We'll update this page with Google's answer, whatever it is.
No one can promise reinstatement. Google decides every review. What we can promise is the work, done properly, with a clear before and after. If the diagnosis finds nothing worth fixing, we refund it.
