Free tool · QR codes
Make a QR code for a link, menu, Google review page, Wi-Fi network or contact card, with your logo and colours, as a PNG or SVG. No sign-up, no watermark, and the codes don't expire. It runs in your browser, so your links and logo stay on your device.
Put one link or line of text per line, or choose a CSV file with the link in the first column and an optional file name in the second (a table number or product code, say). Every code uses the colours, shape and logo above, and you get one ZIP of PNGs.
Or use a CSV file:
Link to your menu page. A web page is easier to read on a phone than a PDF, and you can update it without
reprinting the code. Need one code per table? Put yourcafe.com.au/menu?table=1, ?table=2 and
so on in the batch box and download them all in one ZIP.
In your Google Business Profile, choose "Ask for reviews" or "Get more reviews" (the label depends on where you manage it) and copy the short link. Paste it as a Link and put the code on the counter, receipts or takeaway bags. Google doesn't allow offering a discount or freebie in exchange for a review, so just ask.
Choose Wi-Fi, type the network name and password, and print the code on a table card or by the counter. Recent iPhone and Android cameras offer to join the network when they scan it. The password can be read from the code, so use a guest network, not the one your EFTPOS terminal or office computers are on.
Check it doesn't still show a card surcharge. Since 1 October 2026, Australian businesses can't add a surcharge for paying by eftpos, Mastercard or Visa, and old PDF menus are one of the places the wording hides. The free check reads your website and PDF menus and lists every page that still mentions one.

It's free, with no sign-up, no watermark and no limit. The codes don't expire: they're "static" codes, so your link is stored in the pattern itself and nothing goes through our server. They keep working as long as the link does. The trade-off is that you can't change where a printed code points, so point it at a page on your own website that you can update.
No. The code is drawn in your browser, and your logo is read and resized on your device. Neither is sent to us or anyone else. The page only counts how many codes are made, with nothing about what's in them.
Usually, if the logo is small. QR codes carry spare error-correction data, so part of the code can be covered. When you add a logo, the tool switches to level H, which can rebuild up to about 30% of the code, and it warns you if the logo covers more than is safe. Keep the contrast high and test with two phones before printing.
SVG for anything printed: it stays sharp at any size, and printers, Canva and Illustrator accept it. PNG for websites, social posts, Word and email, at up to 4096 pixels wide. The batch ZIP has PNGs.
A common rule of thumb is about a tenth of the scanning distance: around 2 to 3 cm wide for a table card read at arm's length, and about 20 cm for a sign read from 2 metres away. Leave the white border around it, and print a test copy first.
Yes, up to 100 at a time. Paste one link per line, or choose a CSV file with the links in the first column and optional file names in the second. You get one ZIP of PNGs, all with the same colours and logo.
