   Changes made by LeyMish Labs (each changed file also says so at the top):
   - jsquash/webp/encode.js: the bare 'wasm-feature-detect' import points at ../../wasm-feature-detect/index.js.
   - jsquash/avif/encode.js: always loads the single-threaded encoder; the multi-threaded build and the check that
     picked it are removed (that build needs a cross-origin-isolated page).
   - jsquash/oxipng/optimise.js: always loads the single-threaded build; initMT and the check that picked it are removed.
   - The codec licence files are renamed from LICENSE.codec.md to LICENSE.codec.txt, because the site build skips .md
     files. Their text is unchanged.
   Not shipped: the decoders (the browser decodes the images), the multi-threaded builds, TypeScript types and READMEs.
